The working principle of alloy tube mainly includes its manufacturing process and application principle.
★ Manufacturing process
The manufacturing process of alloy tube usually includes the following steps:
Tube preparation: After the solid tube is inspected and the surface defects are removed, it is cut into the required length.
Heating and piercing: The tube is sent to the heating furnace for heating, and then pierced on the piercing machine. During the piercing process, the tube rotates and moves forward continuously, and a cavity is gradually formed inside, which is called a rough tube.
Rolling: The rough tube is sent to the automatic tube rolling machine for further rolling, and the wall thickness is evened by the leveling machine, and then the sizing machine is used to sizing to meet the specification requirements.
Cold drawing process: If the caliber of the production is small and the precision and surface quality requirements of the steel pipe are high, the cold drawing process will be used for production.
★ Application principle
Due to its high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, alloy tubes are widely used in many fields:
Petroleum, aerospace, chemical, electric power, boiler, military industry and other industries, because these industries need to withstand high pressure and high temperature environments.
Alloy pipes can meet the use requirements under extreme conditions in high-pressure and high-temperature pipelines and equipment such as power plants, nuclear power plants, high-pressure boilers, high-temperature superheaters and reheaters.
